By using our website or services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Our services
Ojas AI Tech provides WhatsApp API solutions, sales CRM, order management, white-label platforms, source-code licences, website development, e-commerce and digital marketing services. The features and scope of each service are described in your order, proposal or agreement.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and in line with the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. You must not:
- Send spam or messages to people who have not given consent.
- Send unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
- Attempt to break, copy, reverse engineer or disrupt our systems.
- Resell or sublicense our services except under a written partner agreement.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your plan, quotation or agreement and are payable as stated. Charges made by third parties, such as WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta or payment gateway fees, are separate unless agreed otherwise.
6. Third-party services
Our services depend on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), payment gateways and integration partners. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by them.
7. White-label and source-code programs
Use of the white-label platform and any source code is governed by the partner or licence agreement signed with us. Source code and trademarks remain the property of Ojas AI Tech unless that agreement states otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
All content, software, logos and designs on our website and platform belong to Ojas AI Tech or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law or by WhatsApp or Meta. You may stop using our services at any time as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to any written agreement between us.
